"The BUZZ" Bios
Nancy Fuhrmann, Debbie Connelly, Karen Breidert, Jeannie Froelich
Tenor, Nancy Fuhrmann sang tenor with the 1992 Champion Quartet ‘City Lights’, with whom she traveled and performed extensively. She was an active member and section leader in the International Champion Ramapo Valley Chorus in 2002 spent time singing and teaching barbershop harmony in China A sought after coach and vocalist, Nancy makes her home in Budd Lake, New Jersey with sons Tom and Matt and works full time for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

Lead, Debbie Connelly is a high school choral director, and frequent clinician for Youth Harmony events. She sang lead with ‘Showtime’, the 1994 champs, and is a member of the Sweet Adelines International Faculty. Debbie, who makes her home in Tampa, FL, is a sought after coach, vocalist and soloist. Her daughter Jenny sang bass with the 2003 Rising Star Champion quartet ‘BarbieShop’ and her son Josh is also a talented singer living and working in Tampa. |
| Baritone, Karen Breidert is on the Sweet Adelines International Faculty, and is a Past International President. She is also director of the International Competitor ‘Spirit of the Gulf’ chorus in Ft. Myers, and is a popular coach in barbershop circles. Karen was the baritone of 1985 International Champions ‘Jubilation’, and has sung in several other International Finalist quartets. Karen and husband Bob, lead of International Finalist ‘Tin Pan Allies’, call both North Carolina and Florida home, splitting their time between the two. |

Bass, Jeannie Froelich has a gold medal for singing bass with the ’92 champs ‘City Lights’, as well as chorus gold from the Ramapo Valley Chorus. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Coronet Club, and served on the Sweet Adelines International Showcase Committee. Jeannie is an accomplished soloist and guitarist who began singing professionally at the age of sixteen. She and husband Brian are the proud parents of five children and make their home in Maplewood, New Jersey. Jeannie spends many hours volunteering for various organizations and is also a successful chorus and quartet coach. |
